Cancellation & Return/ Exchange

Requests are required to be reported within 72 hours of delivery.

NOTE : Returns will only be accepted for products received in damaged condition. Requests for Return due to any other reason will not be eligible , only exchange of the product can be done .

Process of return/ Exchange :

You can now process exchange or return requests directly from our website. If your item is within the return/ exchange window, please follow these simple

steps:

1st Step: Visit our website and sign in using the registered mobile number you used to place your order.

2nd Step: Go to your account section and select the order you wish to exchange.

Follow the prompts to initiate the return or exchange process (as per applicability of the product purchased by you). Please verify the eligibility of your item from the product display page.

You are requested to kindly take action before the close of the exchange/ return window. Please note that this 48-hour window is necessary to avoid misuse of our return

Terms of returns/ exchange

>> Received product is damaged/ defective in transit and manufacturing Defect.

>> In Case we do not have pick up service available at your location, you would have to self-ship the product to our office Address. Shipping costs are non-refundable }  

Exchange will be applicable within 3 days of delivery of the product . 

Once your returned packet is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

We only Return Products if they are defective or damaged , as per the policy .

Please note: As a result we offer the exchange only option with same product or anyother alternate product against these designs . Our whatsapp team can assist you by showing actual images of exchanged product on request. Feel free to get intouch if you so desire.

Order Cancellation

>> From customer's end:

Order placed by you can be cancelled however we will be able to accept order change or cancellation requests any time before we ship your order. Unfortunately, we cannotcancel orders once the order is already shipped and is out for delivery.

>> From the website's end:

We may receive some orders which we shall not be able to accept and must cancel. We reserve the right at our sole discretion, to refuse or cancel any order for any reason.If you have already been charged for the transaction, the said amount will be reversed back to your credit/debit card or bank account in 7 Days .
